Our gold-filled and 925 sterling silver metals offer tarnish resistance; however, exposure to harsh chemicals or pH imbalances in your body's chemistry may lead to oxidation and tarnishing of chains. If your permanent jewelry is not fitting properly or if you are unsatisfied with any aspect, please contact us promptly to prevent further damage or loss. Your satisfaction and the quality of our service are of utmost importance to us. In the event of breakage or stretching within the initial three weeks, we happily repair or resize your jewelry at no cost, as this period is crucial for detecting any issues. After three weeks, a $20 re-welding fee applies. Should you lose your permanent jewelry, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for the cost of replacement.
